When will my items be shipped?

All in-stock items will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Preorder items will be shipped 4-5 business days after they arrive at my studio.

ITEMS PURCHASED TOGETHER WILL BE SHIPPED TOGETHER, so please purchase in-stock items separately from preorders if you want your in-stock items to be shipped right away.

How to take care of my items?

Acrylic Items - Remove thing protective film from both sides of acrylic before use or assembly.

Plushies - Dirty? Spot clean with gentle circular motion to remove debris. A lil deformed from shipping? Squish into desired shape.

Totes - Hand wash in water with gentle circular motions to remove debris.
